Designing a suitable model for planning strategy for
governmental companies in Iran by combination of David &
Hanger models . Case study : Kordestan Industrial Estate
Company.

Abstract
In today”s world because of the dynamics and fast and
comprehensive environmental development, the future of
organizations is filled with ambiguity. Technology changes are so
quickly that the possibility of tracing the variations curve during
time dimension, is almost impossible, and sometimes the speed of
these changes are in a way that stubs any kind of resistance and
make main changes in organizations . Therefore, organizations with
any feature and nature, whether profit or nonprofit, public, private or
cooperative, economic or social and cultural, manufacturing or
services must be designed in a way that response to environmental
needs, and in this way those organizations would be successful that
have ability of conformity with the changes. Obviously, achievement
to such a situation will not be possible without strategic attitude,
strategic thoughts and compilation of organizational strategy.
This study consists of two general parts. First part presents David
and Hanger methods for compilation of governmental companies
strategy in Iran, and the next section focuses on compilation of fiveyear
strategy for Kurdistan Industrial estates using a combination
method of two above methods.
