A Survey on the role of electronic customs on facilitating exports
from the viewpoint of experts and exporters in West Azarbayjan

Abstract
Sensitivity and importance of services and exporting goods for
countries have caused them to identify the tools and effective factors in
those services and try to promote the exports. Customs services’ are
effective factor for developing other services and goods exporting.
Aim of this project; is to survey on the role of electronic customs on
facilitating exports from the viewpoint of exports and exporters in West
Azerbaijan. The questioner used in this project is a certain one which
includes twenty questions and by means of this questioner beside the
multiple-choice spectrum of Likret, the understood samples are measured.
Validity and reliability of this questioner is confirmed. The purpose of this
study is mostly in a way to make it applicable and through the aspect of
how data collecting it goes to be more likely descriptive and has a scaling
nature. The results of this project indicate that with regard to the whole
confirmed hypotheses, in terms of ranking the effectiveness of the
electronic customs, by means of Friedman test, timely informing the
exporters has the most priority and also by means of the Regression test,
clarifying the activities has the most effect on the development of exports.
Methods used to test the research’s hypotheses: Binomial test,
Friedman test and Regression test.
