base on data envelope analyze model

Abstract
Today financial institutions is member of most important economic characters and
organizations in every nation that economic growing and developing depend on growing in
this institution and banks as essential columns for economic institution has important tasks in
economics. But because in undeveloped societies there is not enough financial market, banks
has first role in securing long term financial plans in these nations. So using from suitable
scales for assessing bank works is very necessary. In this paper we work, for technical assess
by data envelope analyze (DEA), with helping from below scale: A) inputs consist 1-
number staff in every department 2- every department expense 3- every department
properties and 4- accounts densities and B) outputs consist 1-total granted loans and 2- total
revenues in every department. Results with variable turnover show in granted type as mean
۵۰% and in received type as mean 54% from department in 85-88 periods has been
undesirable. Also turnover means in Refah bank in province in granted type was 88% and in
received type was 83%. Base on received results in granted type six of all departments in
sanandaj, have been same in turnover and in this state least turnover mean was in baneh that
was 0.74 and after this was abadgaran in sanandaj and azadegan in sanandaj and central
ghorveh and in received type four department in sanandaj have complete turnover in 85-88
periods. In this state least turnover mean was in Marivan with 59% and then abadgaran and
mehr in sanandaj.
